365 days to trying something new!

Dear Readers,

Happy New Year to All!

We just stepped into 2017, and I already love the 1st of January. We have 365 days to trying something new or create a shift or break the cycle of fear that did not let us move forward from thinking mindset to doing mindset.

Let’s ask ourselves; what’s holding us back from reaching the stars? (If that happens to be your dream.)

I began digging into thinking process almost eight weeks ago and many a time all you need is words of wisdom to step into doing diligently.  Ellen Langer words resonate like a medicine, “There is always a step small enough from where we are to get us to where we want to be. If we take that small step, there’s always another we can take, and eventually a goal thought to be too far to reach achievable.”

Well, you can either call the mindset game of thinking and be doing as a blessing or a disgust because we are capable of doing one at a time _ thinking or doing.  I would love for you to think and brainstorm your goals and come up with a plan to implement it. The goal would mean nothing unless it is feasible to apply it with a given timeline.

I will be back tomorrow with my goals and love to hear about yours as well. (The above shared image of the beautiful bloom gave me food for thought _ opportunity having different tones to it.)

Together we can do it and alone we would spend more time just thinking about it.

Love to hear what you have to say!
